Pathway’s is our Charity’s place-based, people focused welfare service, designed to provide specialised advice on benefits, debt, housing, and health matters.

Our Pathways sessions offer support to individuals in need, helping them navigate complex issues that affect their well-being. Pathways works in collaboration with other agencies to offer financial assistance and guidance, tailored to the needs of each individual. The programme aims to reduce clients’ reliance on food assistance through financial improvements and holistic support.

Operating sessions throughout the week across the Newcastle City region, Pathways is supported by over 60 referral agencies, and has a direct escalation policy with Newcastle City Council, enabling our team to deal directly with the Council on a range of issues.
